“Justice, justice shall you pursue!” (tzedek, tzedek tirdof) the Torah tells us in the book of Deuteronomy (Devarim) 16:20.
But justice is in painfully short supply in the US these days. For anyone who cares about justice, this is cause for immeasurable sadness.
I have been struggling with this posting; my intent is to shine a light on voter fraud, situations that strongly suggest fraud, and serious concomitant problems. But as the situation evolves, it is exceedingly complex. What is more, it is a fluid situation, so that what I write today may have shifted by tomorrow.
In response to my last posting, I received messages from some half-dozen readers who “explained” to me that I was mistaken: there was no voter fraud.
Now, six readers represent an absolutely miniscule percentage of my readership. And yet I take their comments seriously because, clearly, they represent a larger group that is out there.
I stand on the record, unequivocally, that there was significant fraud perpetrated in the election. This is not so because I say so, but because there is documentation.
Already, before I had last written, I had seen a good deal of documentation – I had spent hours watching videos, reading material. And I had provided video clips and reports.
The fact that this information is out there made it all the more bewildering that some people continued to say there is no evidence.
But what’s happening can be explained: the mainstream media are denying the fact of fraud, and those who rely on the MSM for their information are not in touch with the reality. In many instances, in good faith and with sincerity, they receive what they are told. I would suspect that in many (most?) cases, they are pleased with what the MSM reports and disinclined to pursue the issue further.
This was the NYTimes headline just over a week ago:
However, what the Times reported simply was not the case!
Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainer said:
“I do believe there’s voter fraud taking place in these places, otherwise they would allow observers in…”
See the video for Trainer’s detailing of other problems as well:
The disinformation of the MSM is a huge problem, and I expect to return to this on another day.
Hans von Spakovsky was a member of the Federal Election Commission, and is now Senior Legal Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. He finds the suggestion that there is no fraud “laughable.” The Heritage Foundation, he reports, has a file of electoral fraud going back many years.
What I want to do here is provide additional documentation. I will keep it simple, because if I provide too much, I know I will lose some of you. And I truly hope that most of you, if not all, will stay with me.
Please, be assured that I realize that there is a good deal more information available than what I offer here. It is not my intention to provide a running chronology of all that is taking place. What I seek to do is provide sufficient evidence to make my point clear.
Following is video that was shown on a podcast – Louder with Crowder (#Crowder Election Stream) – on November 4, the day after election day. It was an exclusive when it was shown – brand new. And it is one you probably have never seen. Most of the video, raw footage taken during the wee hours of November 4, shows a convention center in Detroit where there was vote-tallying.
A good deal of the behavior that we see in this video is at best highly suspicious – with security lacking and large containers that are not checked being brought in – and appears to be blatantly dishonest. It certainly raises exceedingly serious questions.
A Texas attorney, Kelly Sorrell, took the video and explains what she saw. For full context it is important to listen to the discussion of the talk show host, as well.
Start watching at 2:42 hours.
Rudy Giuliani, the no-nonsense head of Trump’s legal efforts, produces his own independent podcasts – “Common Sense” – in which he reaches out to the public to demonstrate that evidence exists. MSM does not cooperate in providing this information.
Find the podcasts here: https://rudygiulianics.com/
See Episode 86 for certified affidavits, complete with very specific details, which attest to voter fraud in Michigan. Rudy names people who signed affidavits, shows the seals. Perjury in these affidavits is punishable by prison sentences.
Twice now, in the process of doing a hand recount called for because questions were raised about the tally, the state of Georgia has uncovered batches of uncounted ballots: This is just in the last couple of days. First 2,600 ballots were found and then 2,700. This sure raises questions about how the votes were counted in the first place. We should note, as Sean Hannity reports on Fox, that most of these “discovered” votes were for Trump. A mere coincidence?
What is more, and even more seriously, there is inequity in voter standards in Georgia. In person, ID must be presented. However, signatures on mail ballots do not need to match the voter rolls.
In fact: “The law blocks county officials from rejecting absentee ballots because of mismatched signatures.” That sure rings a whole lot of bells.
And as Hannity remarks, during the recount nothing is being done to rectify this inequity.
Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA) is not satisfied with this state of affairs regarding the Georgia recount. He calls the differential standard in verifying voters “outlandish” and does not believe it is legitimate.
His Georgia delegation has sent a letter to the Justice Department to investigate Georgia’s vote counting, ballot recounting and signature verification process on absentee ballots.
Perhaps the biggest source of potential voter fraud has yet to go to the courts: That is the election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic that is being investigated by Sidney Powell, formerly a federal prosecutor and now a member of Trump’s legal team. She has a reputation for being very tough and very diligent. (Emphasis below added)
“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” she said earlier this week. “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
Her claim is that this voting system, used by several states, flipped “millions of votes” from Trump to Biden.
According to Powell, the legal team has an affidavit from a former high-ranking Venezuelan official who says he saw the rigging of Venezuelan elections for Hugo Chavez, utilizing this system.
“The math just doesn’t add up for anything,” said Powell, “and we know Dominion has a long history of rigging elections, because that’s what it was created to do to begin with…the founder of the company admits he can change a million votes, no problem at all.
“So don’t tell me there’s no evidence of fraud. We’ve got increasingly mounting evidence of significant fraud across multiple states that casts into question the validity of elections in every swing state.
“It is not just limited to Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia either,” she said. “It went beyond that, too.”
Powell said the ease of changing vote tallies and manipulating results was a “feature” of the devices, according to the military officer’s affidavit.
“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even…
“We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning.”
Powell argues that the use of that election system that was designed in a foreign country already violated President Donald Trump’s order against foreign interference in our election.
“Our votes were eventually counted in Barcelona, Spain, or Frankfurt, Germany, on foreign servers. It’s absolutely stunning.”
I note that the state of Texas rejected this software on three occasions, because it did not meet its standards for security.
“Powell stated that the software’s user manual talks about how ‘votes can be wiped away.’
“’It’s absolutely brazen how people bought this system and why they bought this system.’
“She also said that whistleblowers came forward over alleged paybacks: in states where the new election technology was purchased and implemented, there’s evidence of officials’ family members being paid large lump sums of money.”
I mentioned Trey Trainor, Chair of the Federal Election Commission, above – quoting him as saying he believes there is election fraud. I cite him again here, with a more specific statement:
In a tweet put out two days ago, Trainer wrote that Powell was “forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on. If she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.”
Powell stated that the software’s user manual talks about how “votes can be wiped away.”
“It’s absolutely brazen how people bought this system and why they bought this system.”
She also said that whistleblowers came forward over alleged paybacks: in states where the new election technology was purchased and implemented, there’s evidence of officials’ family members being paid large lump sums of money.
One other situation of considerable concern with regard to the charges of voter fraud must be mentioned here, and that is coercion.
Giuliani, in the video I cite above, speaks about people being threatened. There are lawyers who have wanted to help the Trump law team and were told they would be thrown out of their firms if they did.
And, he says, sometimes sponsors make threats – obviously that they will withdraw business from media sources if they run information on Democratic voter fraud.
In Wayne County – the largest county in Michigan, including Detroit – two Republican election certifiers refused to sign off on the election because of their concern about voting irregularities. Some 71% of the precincts had discrepancies.
The two Republicans – Monica Palmer and William C. Hartmann – were then accused of being racists and their families were threatened.
They reversed their decisions and said they would certify on condition that an audit would be held; their reversal was predicated on assurances they received that there would be an audit.
After they agreed to certify, the Michigan secretary of state then said the commitment to do the audit was not binding. At this point Palmer and Hartmann rescinded their certification. Reportedly, they had not actually signed the certification document, a stamp of their signatures had been utilized
How will this end? I cannot say. Too many factors at play. Too much still in process.
As David Catron wrote in Frontpage: “Joe Biden may be inaugurated in January, but he certainly wasn’t elected president.“
That I passionately hope that Trump will prevail is a given. America governed by a Biden administration terrifies me.
What I can say here, loud and clear, is that I salute President Donald Trump and all of his legal team for standing strong in the face of an unacceptable state of affairs – for insisting on calling the nation’s attention to a horrendous situation of electoral fraud.
