The 7th Christians for Israel Working Trip in Ukraine is taking place this week. Watch this video of Edda from Italy handing a food parcel to Zhenya, one of the last survivors of Bershad ghetto in Ukraine.
The group of this Working Trip consists of participants from Italy, Germany and Austria. Together they packed 1,000 food parcels and they are distributing these parcels among Jewish communities before Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year), which takes place from 9-11 September. With these food parcels we want to support and encourage the Jewish communities.
We have received additional requests from various Jewish communities throughout Ukraine for another 1,700 food parcels, however we need your help. One food parcel costs €10 or US $12. On behalf of the Jewish Community we thank you for your support!
